We collect only what we need to run your membership, and we never sell personal information.

What we collect

• Account: your email address, used to sign you in and to contact you about your membership.
• Membership: your plan, renewal date and which pages you downloaded in the current period, so we can count your downloads.
• Payments: handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and never reach our servers. We receive your name, email, billing country and payment status.
• Enquiries: what you send through the contact form (name, phone, email, organisation size, company and message).
• Your location and logo: the community name, address, contact details and optional logo you give us, used to personalize your downloaded sheets.
• Shelf Collection shipping: if you add the Quarterly Shelf Collection, the shipping name and address you give at checkout, used only to post your books.

Who processes it for us

• Stripe (payments and billing)
• Google Firebase (sign-in and our database)
• Vercel (website hosting)
• Brevo (sending email)

Cookies and storage

We use your browser's storage only to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

We keep account and membership records while your account is open, and as long as needed for tax and accounting. Enquiries are kept for up to 2 years.

Your choices
