Cancel any time

You can cancel your membership using the Cancel subscription button in My account. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

All sales are final

Membership payments and renewals are non-refundable once charged. You can review sample pages before subscribing and cancel before your next renewal to prevent future charges. This policy does not limit any refund, cancellation or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Renewals

Renewal payments are non-refundable once charged. We email a reminder before each yearly renewal, and your account displays the next renewal date.

Quarterly Shelf Collection

You can stop the Shelf Collection from My Account by unchecking the $20 quarterly option and saving; this stops future shipments. Because the books are printed and posted for you, a quarter that has already shipped is not refundable. If your books arrive damaged or don't arrive, contact us within 30 days and we'll send a replacement.

Billing problems

If you believe you were charged in error, contact dayoraasab@gmail.com or +1 972 951 9383 promptly with the email address used to subscribe. We will investigate billing errors and honor any rights required by applicable law.
