Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use the Dayoraa website and activity library. By creating an account or paying for a membership you agree to them.

Your membership

• A membership gives one care community, facility or household access to the Dayoraa activity library while the membership is active.
• Each membership includes 20 page downloads every month, whether you pay monthly or yearly. Unused downloads do not roll over. Downloading the same page again in the same monthly period is free.
• Memberships renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel any time using the Cancel subscription button in My account. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
• Payments and renewals are non-refundable once charged, except where applicable law requires otherwise. See the Refund Policy.
• We may change prices for future periods. We will email you before a price change affects your renewal.

What you may do with the pages

• Print and photocopy downloaded pages, as many times as you like, for residents, clients, visitors and families at your own location.
• Keep using pages you downloaded while you were a member after your membership ends.

What you may not do

• Sell, share, upload or publish the files (or copies of them), including on shared drives or websites outside your own location.
• Share your account with other facilities or organisations.
• Remove the Dayoraa name, or use the content to make a competing product.

All activity pages, answer keys, artwork and text remain the property of Dayoraa.

Quarterly Shelf Collection

The Shelf Collection is an optional add-on subscription. Each quarter we print and post three new Dayoraa activity books to the US address you give at checkout. It renews every three months until you uncheck the $20 quarterly option and save it in My Account. Delivery times depend on the postal service. The printed books are for use at your location and may not be resold.

Accounts

You may sign in with an email address and password, Google, or Apple. Keep your account credentials and connected accounts secure. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, for example by redistributing files.

Activities and wellbeing

Dayoraa pages are leisure and engagement activities. They are not medical, therapeutic or diagnostic tools.

Liability

The library is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
